Are you a junior artist with a passion for storyboarding? Or perhaps you're a seasoned artist that always wanted to transition into storyboards but not sure how to go about it? We are searching for Junior Storyboard Artists to join our Vancouver Bardel Storyboard Bootcamp.

What is the Bardel Storyboard Bootcamp?

Bardel Bootcampers will be given the opportunity to work on a high-profile CG show, assisting our Storyboard Artists with revisions and clean up. This is the perfect opportunity ramp up your skillset to a production level. This is a paid three-month commitment initially with the potential to be offered a longer dedicated contract on one of our projects. During your time in the Bardel Bootcamp, you will receive invaluable one-on-one support from the Storyboard Supervisor and other Creative Directors.

What we are looking for:

  • Artists with strong foundation of storyboarding skills (eg. drafting skills, previous work showing strong posing or acting choices)
  • Willingness to take initiative independently to further your craft 
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to embrace change
  • Due to the short-term nature of this position, Canadian citizens or current open work permit holders are preferred. Please include the expiry date of your open work permit in your application if applicable.
